With a background in business management and years of experience in both Germany and Mallorca, I’ve built a career defined by precision, integrity, and a deep understanding of high-value real estate.
Before founding my own boutique brand, I worked for one of Germany’s most renowned real estate companies — where I ranked among the top sales performers nationwide.
Those years taught me that true success in real estate is not about selling more, but about representing better.
Through my work across Berlin and Mallorca, I’ve gained insight into every layer of the industry — from large corporate structures to smaller local agencies.
What I observed was clear:
big systems often lack personalization, professionalism, and genuine care, while smaller companies are rarely modern or strategically structured.
